Living Room —
The room where we spent most of our time (the TiVo is here) gets red, for 'marriage and family'. (It's a feng shui thing.) And Erin likes red. Hanging on the wall to the left are a handcarved ritual mask and cannibal axe from Fiji. Gwen is also peeking from the landing on the stairs to the right.

Cats and Color —
"Hey! The walls are red!"

|
Living Room Artwork —
On the far wall is one of our favorite trip purchases, a painting purchased (after heavy bargaining) from a native Ecuadorian artist showing his wares at the market in Otovalo. In fact, we were so excited to frame it and display it that we partly chose the red for our walls based on the photo.

Dining Room —
The rest of Erin's labors were in the dining room : purple. Up went some Buddhist reliefs and the side table, and we immediately replaced the 80s chandelier with something a little more contemporary.

King of the Room —
Bubba demonstrating his latest "trick", jumping on the back of the dining room chair. (I still don't know how he manages to stay there.)

|
Home Office —
The working hub of the household, where Keith gets his work done. (Actually, most of it happens in the living room. Thank goodness for wireless networking!)

|
Officemate —
On most mornings, Keith gets some company.

|
Guest Room —
Our guests get their own floor, including a sitting area with a TV, VCR, working fireplace...give us another year, and I'm sure there'll be a DVD player here as well!
