Corozal Airport — This is the entire Corozal Airport. Two stone buildings to the right (one for each of the two airlines, and one also shared by Federal Express), and a chain to represent the "gate", as well as baggage checkin, security checkpoint, baggage retrieval, and taxi stand. Best of all, you can see the plane coming in from the right. Notice: no paved runways, either.
Plane From Corozal to San Pedro — This was the plane we flew from Corozal. Yes, that's the pilot and copilot (we think he was the copilot) in front. Total capacity, not counting the two-man crew: eight passengers. The windows even had vents you could open for air.
Flying from Corozal to San Pedro — One of the smaller islands (probably a private resort) passed over flying from Corozal to Ambergris Caye.
Flying Over Cayes — View to the east flying from San Pedro to Belize City. The land at the bottom is part of the southern area of Ambergris Caye.
Ambergris Caye - South of San Pedro — Beyond San Pedro, things thin out pretty fast (relatively speaking, given how thin San Pedro is). Most of the island in either direction consists of lagoons, ponds, and marsh.
Ambergris Caye - South of San Pedro — We never actually ventured south of San Pedro while on the island, so when we flew over it, we were startled to see dozens of these cookie-cutter houses all lined up, and not even close to any beach. The lack of any visible people, cars, or even driveways left us rather perplexed to their actual purpose.
Flying Over Cayes — View to the west flying from San Pedro to Belize City. We're not sure what island this is; it's most likely uninhabited. One nice thing about the extremely small planes is that they stay at a low altitude of only a couple thousand feet, allowing for beautiful views of the reef formations (what you see in the water). It's also nice for all the divers who aren't supposed to fly at high altitudes after diving.
Northern Tip of Caye Caulker — Directly to the south of Amberbris Caye is Caye Caulker, an equally popular destination, though a little busier and more ostentatious, as seen by the fact that they put the "Caye" in front of their name instead of after it.
