Great Place for a Car Chase — Of course, they do have some streets leading up to the top of the hills for the cars. The winding stairs and thoroughfares make them look like they're straight out of San Francisco. Thankfully, you don't find too many playgrounds up here — it sure would suck to knock a soccer ball into the street here.
Cerro Bellavista — Another commanding view of Valparaiso, with its oldest cemetary in the foreground, and a brush fire (we think) just over the hill.
Reñaca — The beach of Reñaca, a few kilometers north of Viña del Mar, where all the pretty people go, now that the tourists have invaded Viña. Unfortunately, tourists are beginning to discover this place, too...it's only a matter of time before the locals have to make their way up to the Peruvian border to get away from them.
Cleaner, Quieter, Richer — In addition to being quieter and cleaner than the beaches in the central part of Viña, Reñaca is also home to many of the wealthier people in the area. Most of the lower buildings are resort-like hotels, but head up the hill just a little bit, and it's mostly multi-million dollar (which makes it multi-billion peso) homes.
