Floral Foreground — Flowers grow on a tree above the city.
Wine Museum — Restaurant adjacent to the wine "museum", which is really no more than an exhibition for plugging Chilean vineyards.
Los Dominicos — The Centro Artesenal de Los Dominicos, an artisans market in downtown Santiago. Silversmiths, potters, painters, leather workers, and more work full time to practice their crafts and sell their wares to wealthy Chileanos and tourists.
Street Action — When the lights turn red on the city streets, the cars stop and the fun starts. Street performers — very talented ones, too — jump into the street and use their time to entertain the drivers for a few bucks. Here, a band of jugglers toss their pins to the beat of a conga drum.
Makes You Want to Stop When the Light Is Yellow — At this red light, three burly football players twirl a woman 15 feet into the air before catching her (usually). With action like this, driving in Santiago becomes much safer — who's going to run a red light when you can stop and see this?!
