Bus Crossing — As we're leaving the Lake Titicaca region after a week, we discovered how wrong we were when we thought we'd seen everything. To travel from Copacabana to La Paz, the bus opts not to take the long road that winds around the lake, but rather take a shortcut that requires getting off the bus, and having it brought across a narrow part of the lake in a flat, motorized boat. |
